In this Mini Bootcamp, El provides simple, practical yet powerful strategies that parents of female junior athletes can use to help guide, support and empower their daughter's own mindset skill development.
Sports Mindset Bootcamp is an evidence-based program created by El Sharp, a former professional and national level athlete with over 40 years experience in sport. El has coached junior athletes for over 20 years, holds a Bachelor’s degree with a Psychology Major, and is a sports parent.
"I developed the online version of my mindset coaching - SPORTS MINDSET BOOTCAMP-after years of face-to-face coaching junior athletes, to create an accessible, affordable, self-paced way for more young athletes to have the opportunity to experience the power of mindset skills for themselves." - EL SHARP
“The course gave me simple, practical strategies that I could implement immediately. I now feel much more confident supporting my daughter, and our conversations after games are far more positive. Every sports parent should watch this.”
- Rita, Parent of a 12 year-old netball player.
“As a parent, I knew mindset was important but I didn't know how much ‘influence’ I actually had. El explains this in an easy-to-understand way and gives practical tools you can use straight away. It's only 12 minutes but worth every minute!”
- Paul, parent of a 15 year-old basketball player.
“El leads with a deep understanding of young players—what drives them, how to bring out their best, and how to help them take ownership of their own development and goals both on and off the court. She understands the junior experience at every age and stage, and has the ability to see it from the player’s perspective at every level.”
